5for1 : JOPLIN

I'm writing this in hopes that anyone who stumbles onto this blog will PARTICIPATE in any and every way possible!

I'm co-organizing a poster competition, happy hour and supreme fundraiser for the public schools in Joplin, MO.  Ya know... that TINY town in Missouri that was torn apart by a tornado in May and that you've probably since forgotten about?  Well they are trying to figure out how to start their school-year in August without functioning schools for each of their kids, let alone rebuilding the homes and mourning the 150+ people that were killed.

Facts :

this is a POSTER competition (due AUG 15)
this is a HAPPY HOUR (on AUG 25)
this is 5 areas of design coming together for 1 cause
